Found a Jumbo in Italy, used what I needed and converted my 320TL into a Jumbo 320

Re: SWM JUMBO 350
I presume my forks and swing arm were from you indirectly, and of course the front mudguard stays
Was going to cut a front mudguard down to allow more mud clearance... will see how it goes in Cotswold clay on wednesday!!
You ever had a leak from the plastic tanks?.. i have from the bolt holes where the seat bracket bolts on. Best way to seal it?

Never had a problem with a plastic tank, your must be a bit unlucky for it to leak in that area?
Martin may know?

Re: SWM JUMBO 350
I think a previous owner had used too long screws at some point... gone straight through the plastic and into the tank. I am trying 2 pack glue to see if it holds with petrol, or will have to look at plastic welding perhaps later.
Lowering the gearing a bit today, 1st is too high, makes 2nd almost unusable. I like a very low 1st gear.
